What are OKRs?
The OKR methodology is a collaborative, goal-setting framework that helps individuals, teams, and organizations reach their goals through identifiable and measurable results. The benefits of the framework include a better focus on results that matter, increased transparency, and better (strategic) alignment. It is used by many famous companies such as Microsoft, Google, Amazon, Spotify, and Netflix.
