Company story

NotionFlows grew out of a love of solving operational puzzles. Every company has its own way of working, but familiar patterns emerge in how teams share information, communicate, and get things done.

Founder Roxana Rodriguez enjoys spotting those patterns, finding the missing connections, and figuring out how the pieces fit together. Her background in design brings both creativity and structure to that work.

That curiosity became NotionFlows: a consultancy built around helping teams work better together. For Roxana, a rewarding project ends with people who feel happier and more confident using the systems that support their day.

A client transformation

One client already loved Notion, but was managing its clients’ content across more than 1,000 databases. NotionFlows reorganized that setup into just 13, giving the team a clearer overview of its operations. The team finished the project with an even greater appreciation for a tool it already enjoyed using.
