Here is where we filter and analyze the information gathered during the Discovery phase to determine the best course of action. We define the project's objectives and direction to ensure that everyone is on the same page and has a clear understanding of the project's goals.
Bringing together the pieces
In this stage, we take the best solutions from the Definition phase and start to bring them to life. We use an iterative approach that involves the client, which allows us to make adjustments and improvements along the way. Our goal here is to ensure that the project meets the objectives defined in the Definition phase and to bring the project to life in a way that meets the client's needs and requirements.
Release, document, and train
Finally, this is where the solutions are officially signed off and documented, and the company is trained. We document the solutions and provide training to ensure that the company is equipped to use the new systems and processes effectively.
We provide support to the client to ensure a smooth transition. This includes addressing any questions or concerns that may arise, providing technical support, and assisting with any other needs the client may have. Our goal here is to ensure that the solutions are adopted and used effectively.
