Discovery
We met with Ricardo to discuss and outline the main pages of his website, focusing on its purpose and the calls to action. During our conversation, we explored key components essential to the site’s design and functionality. Ricardo shared some inspiration, and together, we began shaping a website that would effectively communicate his expertise and services.
From idea to wireframe
Building on everything we discussed during the discovery phase, we dove into creating the wireframe for Ricardo's website. We worked through several iterations, refining the layout and structure until Ricardo was satisfied with the design.
Results
Once the wireframe was ready and approved, we proceeded to build the website structure in Notion. And used Super to stylize various Notion blocks to match our vision from Figma. The final result was a polished and cohesive website that captured Ricardo’s brand and vision.
Training + documentation
Building the website was only the beginning; we wanted Ricardo to feel confident navigating and making adjust the website after we delivered the project. For this we created a Notion-based documentation guide that detailed each custom code block and the unique functionalities we’d added. Additionally, we provided thorough guides on using both Notion and Super. To ensure Ricardo was fully equipped, we also held training sessions, giving him hands-on experience and the chance to ask questions, so he could manage his site with confidence.
