Ricardo Maestas is the founder of R. Maestas LLC, a consultancy that helps businesses align their IT strategies with operational goals. The Solution

From idea to wireframe
We kicked off with a discovery session to outline the core pages, define the site’s structure, and clarify its main goals. From there, we created a wireframe in Figma that brought his ideas to life. After a few iterations and refinements, we landed on a layout that felt both functional and visually aligned with Ricardo’s brand.
Built in Notion, styled with Super
Once the wireframe was approved, we built the website directly in Notion — then layered on design customizations using Super. This allowed us to deliver a site that looked professional, loaded fast, and was easy to navigate.
Thoughtful training and documentation
After launch, we created a Notion-based guide that walked Ricardo through every part of his site — including how to edit content, manage custom blocks, and make visual tweaks. We also held training sessions to make sure he felt confident maintaining the site going forward.
