1. Purpose of This Agreement
This Agreement is between NFS Creative Consulting LLC (referred to as Consultant) and the individual purchasing one on one consulting or creative strategy sessions (referred to as Client).
These sessions are designed to support the Client in advancing personal, creative, and business goals. Consultant will provide guidance to help the Client gain clarity, refine and structure ideas, improve creative workflows, and execute projects with greater confidence. Collaboration will take place through scheduled virtual sessions.
Consultant agrees to deliver the services listed in this Agreement in exchange for payment and the Client’s adherence to responsibilities outlined below. By submitting payment or clicking the acceptance checkbox during the scheduling process, the Client acknowledges and agrees to all terms contained within this Agreement.
2. Duration of Engagement
The duration of this Agreement corresponds to the selected session time booked by the Client upon purchase. If calls are postponed as described in Section 6, the Agreement will automatically conclude no later than thirty calendar days after the originally scheduled end date, regardless of whether postponed sessions remain unused.
3. Role of Consultant and Scope of Guidance
Consultant is not acting as an employee, manager, therapist, medical professional, lawyer, accountant, business operations manager, or financial advisor. Consultant provides creative and strategic support intended to help the Client make independent decisions. Client retains full responsibility for personal and business outcomes.
Services include:
- Notion based workflow improvements and operational structuring
- Creative direction and strategic brainstorming
- Productivity guidance and creative process support
Services do not include:
- Business development or lead generation
- Direct business management tasks
- Therapy or mental health treatment
- Public relations or social media management
- Legal or financial advisory work
- Introductions to Consultant’s network or vendors
Client accepts that results depend on personal effort, implementation, and decisions made outside sessions.
4. Consultant Commitments
Consultant will provide the session time purchased by the Client:
- 60 minute session
- 90 minute session
Consultant will guide each session based on Client priorities using methods including:
- Goal clarification and creative direction support
- Workflow evaluation and optimization
- Accountability and progress review
- Educational tools, exercises, and insights
5. Client Commitments
To support a productive engagement, Client agrees to:
- Actively participate in sessions
- Complete any tasks or reflection work assigned between sessions
- Arrive on time to all scheduled calls
- Take full responsibility for their own progress and results
Client understands that success is not guaranteed.
6. Session Rescheduling Rules
Client may reschedule up to two sessions.
Requirements:
- Notice must be provided no later than two hours before the scheduled call
- Rescheduled call must be booked within seven days of the original date
- Requests must be submitted through the designated scheduling link
Failure to attend a session without notice results in forfeiture of that session with no refund.
7. Refund Policy
Client may request a full refund only before the start time of the first scheduled session. Once a session begins, all sales are final. Any additional refunds will be at the sole discretion of Consultant.
8. Fees and Payment Terms
Payment is required in full prior to the start of services.

9. Ending the Engagement
Consultant may terminate this Agreement for cause, including:
- Failure to make payment
- Harassment, inappropriate behavior, or abuse
- Repeated absence, non participation, or disruption
- Conduct that obstructs the effectiveness of sessions
If terminated for cause, Client remains responsible for full payment.
10. Confidentiality and Ownership of Materials
Confidentiality
Consultant will protect Client information and maintain confidentiality regarding personal and business details shared during the engagement. Client agrees to keep confidential all methodologies, systems, and proprietary content provided by Consultant.
Consultant may reference Client success outcomes as general marketing examples, without revealing confidential or identifying information. Testimonials may be requested but are optional.
Intellectual Property Rights
All systems, templates, strategies, educational materials, and creative tools shared remain the exclusive property of NFS Creative Consulting LLC. Client receives a non transferable license for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or public publication of Consultant’s materials is prohibited.
11. Liability and Release
Client acknowledges that Consultant provides guidance and cannot guarantee outcomes. Client releases Consultant and NFS Creative Consulting LLC from all liability for decisions, actions, or results connected to the engagement, including any business, financial, personal, or emotional consequences.
Client agrees that Consultant’s total liability will never exceed the amount paid by the Client under this Agreement.
12. Professional Conduct and Communication
Both parties agree to maintain professional and respectful communication throughout the engagement. Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of services according to Section 9.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Montana, City of Kalispell. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration.
14. Agreement Acceptance
This Agreement becomes legally binding when the Client selects the acceptance checkbox during the payment or scheduling process. No physical or digital signature is required.
By accepting these terms, both parties confirm that they understand and agree to the conditions set forth above.
